3. International Charges: Please note that you may be responsible for any international charges that you may incur while using our tarot reading services as I'm located in Mexico. We are not liable for any additional charges or fees.
4. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected events occur, and you may need to reschedule your reading. You are allowed one reschedule without additional fees. However, for any subsequent rescheduling requests, another payment will be required to secure a new booking.
5. Full Payment Required Before Booking: No deposits are required. Payment for your tarot reading must be made in full before your booking can be confirmed.
6. Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality when it comes to tarot readings. Rest assured that all information shared during your reading will be kept strictly confidential. I adhere to a strict code of ethics, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.

Gift Cards
Thank you for considering purchasing a gift card from GYST Healing. Please take a moment to review the following policy details prior to making your purchase:
1. Non-Refundable and All Sales Are Final:
Once a gift card has been purchased, it is non-refundable. All sales are final, and no refunds will be given. No disputes will be accepted.
2. Expiry Date and Forfeiture:
Gift cards must be used within 30 days (one month) of the purchase date. If the gift card is not used within this timeframe, all remaining balance and associated services will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
3. Owner Transfer:
Gift cards can only be transferred back to the original owner for use. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise preventing the original purchaser from using the gift card. In such cases, we encourage the owner to contact us directly to discuss potential solutions. However, please note that any transfer or use of the gift card by someone other than the original owner will be subject to my discretion.
